Dr. Stephen Arsenault was born and raised in Prince Edward Island. He graduated from Parker University in 1997 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. He and his family decided to move to Maine to open Orono Chiropractic to fulfill a need in the area for quality patient care. Dr. Arsenault has served on the Board of Directors of the Maine Chiropractic Association for a total of 10 years. When Dr. Arsenault is not in the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and sons, skiing, fishing, and jet-skiing.

Dr. Kayleigh Bridges was born and rasied in Lubec, Maine. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a bachelors of science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry in 2015. She had formerly worked at Orono Chiropractic as chiropractic assistant. She then went on New York Chiropractic College where she graduated with her Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.  She also had been a chiropractic intern at Seneca Falls Health Center at New York Chiropractic College prior to Graduating from New York Chiropractic College and coming to back Orono Chiropractic as a doctor. She is very passionate about prenatal and postnatal care. She enjoys working with pregnant and pediatric patients and is very interested and plans on focusing on women’s health issues.

Dr. Steven Knowles was born and raised in the Machias and Calais areas of Maine. While attending the University of Maine, Dr. Knowles was an intern here at Orono Chiropractic in 2012, and worked as a Chiropractic Assistant from 2012-2013. After graduating from the University of Maine in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, he attended New York Chiropractic College where he graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in 2019. He returned to Maine to help individuals in pain who are ready to take control of their health and be able to enjoy their lives. When not in the office, Dr. Knowles likes to spend time with his wife and four children exploring the local trails, swimming, and keeping active.
